  This is my second time I have reached out to Sahand at Steeplechase to complete a full renovation at my home. The first project consisted of washrooms only and this second time around was for the entire home. Once again I was extremely satisfied with not only the quality of work and finishes but also the transparency that Sahand had throughout the project. The kitchen and other millwork in particular was completely custom built in house at their own factory in a timely manner and delivered and installed in a very reasonable amount of time. I am extremely satisfied with the overall quality of cabinetry and finishes on the projects entirety. Highly recommend to anyone looking to have any renovation work completed.

  Quality and Professionalism Sahand and his crew managed multiple projects at our house including a full ensuite design and build, bathroom renos and closet design and builds among other carpentry work. The work quality was exceptional and Sahands professionalism was top notch. Highly recommended!

  Sahand and his crew were extremely professional and very focused on the quality of work, right down to the smallest of details. We had a ensuite designed and built, a bathroom renovation and other cabinetry and carpentry work throughout our home. It was all exceptional quality.   Sahand was brought on for our Salon build as the first Contractor trades prices were blowing our build budget out of the water.  Not only did Sahand provide great trades people at more competitive prices, he was also reponsive and followed through with any outstanding issues or items.  He jumped in personally to help with all things big and small.  I couldn't be happier with how everything turned out and with his team.  Highly recommend Steeplechase if you want an honest contractor to oversee your build or renovation.

  I hired Sahand to turn my basement into a 2 bedroom basement apartment I could rent out and he did a fantastic job that left me speechless. He made sure to create a floorplan that was functional for our tenants, and keep some storage space for us as well. The entire process went by so smooth and effortlessly. Sahand and his team were present at our house on time everyday as promised and he made sure to notify us of the progress and if it was time for us to choose our finishes. Everything was done with high quality materials and the quality of the work was as if I purchased a brand new home from a builder.
